Caroline GreenSouth East

Job Title: Co-Ordinator at Newlands Girls’ School

No two days are the same when it comes to working with young people and conversations about careers are much the same.  I love working in a sector where one day I could be organising a Careers Conference with 50 employers and a whole year group and the next be having a one-to-one discussion about the best career path for one student.

Alongside years of experience of organising work related learning events, I am also a qualified careers advisor with diplomas in Career Guidance and Career Coaching.  Heavily involved with the current debate about the quality of CEIAG provision in schools, I was delighted to be asked to take part in the recent report by South East Strategic Leaders, National Foundation for Educational Research and the London Local Enterprise Partnership on improving links between employers and educators.  I am indeed passionate about sharing best practice and thrilled to be a NCW Ambassador.
