She has over 13 years experience years leading end to end training, education and business support initiatives in STEM industries including construction, automotove, aerospace, nuclear and life science. Currently working on a number of exciting initiatives with various industry partners and supporting Bacup & Rawtenstall Grammar School as a Careers and Enterprise Adviser and working with them to develop their careers and enterprise strategy as part of a national initiative.

Working with Industry to develop effective outreach strategies and development of curriculum relevant materials and resources for primary age pupils through to HE. Vast expertise in volunteer training and management .

Recent projects include leading the design, development, delivery and promotion of the national SIP STEM Careers Programme which has seen over 45,000 young people and their influencers (parents, guardians, teachers and schools) accessing advice on STEM careers. Design and delivery of the Take Off in Aerospace Campaign, over 4 years this programme engaged with over 35,000 young people, parents and teachers, worked in over 120 schools and recruited over 140 volunteer industry ambassadors from 60+ businesses to promote engineering and engineering careers.
