We offer a number of graduate, intern or apprenticeship programmes for those starting out on their career. To find our more visit our early careers website.

Our Apprenticeships

Most of the NWG apprenticeship programmes will open in April/May for applications. You’ll also be able to find social mobility programmes via our partner Leadership Through Business and Sport.

Apprenticeships are a fantastic starting point for school/college leavers, those aged 16 or older, or a welcome career change. An alternative to further education, our apprenticeships combine on-the-job learning with studying for qualifications. Apprenticeships are available across the UK, with a variety of programmes from:

Apprentices are sure to learn a wide range of new skills to learn to boost careers whilst being supported by our Early Careers Team.

Our Graduate and Intern roles

Each of our programmes has its own distinctions and direction. Where do your skills lie, where can you be your best, what are your aspirations? Apply for the programme that makes you feel the most excited and we’ll be there to support you with the rest.

Our 2024 campaign is now live and taking applications!

The workshop lessons are teacher led with support from CareerSense Ambassadors on the day or you can opt for a plug and play option if an Ambassador isn’t available in your location or you have a last minute need.

If you’re aged 13-24 then...
