I am Head of Careers and Employability at a Nottinghamshire academy and have a CDI Level 6 qualification in Careers Leadership.

I came into careers education after spending time as a biotechnologist. I have a PhD from Cambridge University and was doing research for British Nuclear Fuels so have experience of both industry and academia. This was followed by some years in the charity sector, and the civil service.

I am keen to use my experience to enable young people to see the potential within themselves and to show them how to achieve their goals, which is why I am delighted to be working with National Careers Week.

I am a great believer in the power of connection and collaboration and am a fellow of the RSA. If you are seeking to level the playing field for our youth, or to empower young people to become all that they want to become, then message me.
