Jon GregorySouth

Jon Gregory is an employability coach and helps people to find career opportunities and develop their job-winning skills, whatever their field of work. He does a great deal of work with parents of teenagers and is the co-contributor and editor of “A Guide For Parents: Steering Your Teenager Toward a Job and Career”.

Jon is a long-serving expert panel member for The Guardian’s online careers section and writes for many leading job and career sites. He’s the published author of “Winning That Job: A guide to Job Search and Interview Preparation” and also edits, a site which delivers free individual help and general advice. Jon tweets informative articles and free advice from @letsfirewalk.

After a conventional career, Jon founded his own consultancy business to work on people-related assignments and had experience of re-organisation, recruitment, head-hunting, coaching and mentoring with many leading UK and international organisations. His recent focus has been on helping people to win jobs and develop their careers, especially pupils, students, graduates and career-professionals up to executive level.
